SC1000結(jié)合了最新的血壓分析技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的單通道操作模式。測量結(jié)果包括脈搏、收縮壓、舒張壓和MAP。該系統(tǒng)可以輕松添加使用無論是小鼠或大鼠的第二個動物平臺。動物固定器經(jīng)過獨特的設(shè)計,確保最大限度的減少未受過訓(xùn)練的動物的血壓測量的難度。脈沖檢測是通過一個帶有高強度發(fā)光二極管的非常靈敏的固態(tài)結(jié)合的光電二極管探測器來完成的。特別設(shè)計的“V”形傳感器組件,有助于固定動物的尾巴。
系統(tǒng)軟件:
Sc1000 COMM Windows應(yīng)用軟件是特別設(shè)計的簡單而有效的嚙齒類動物的血壓測量分析軟件。所有系統(tǒng)功能可以方便的通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Windows的單擊方式來實現(xiàn)??啥ㄖ瞥跏蓟瘏?shù),并保存在“Header”菜單下,這樣實驗就可以很容易地進(jìn)行重復(fù)。當(dāng)進(jìn)行測量的同時,信號波形也會實時的顯示。
